1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Rates Info (the "app") published by Akkayar Codex ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What the app does
The app displays exchange rates, gold and fuel prices, lottery results, history and calculators compiled from publicly available sources described on the Data Sources page. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.
3. Information only, not advice
All content is provided for general information. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any currency, metal or other asset. Prices vary between providers, include spreads and fees, and change quickly. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and should confirm prices with your bank, dealer or the official source.
4. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep data accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete, correct, timely or uninterrupted. Data comes from third parties we do not control, and may be delayed, rounded, estimated or temporarily unavailable. Calculators give indicative results based on the data shown.
5. Lottery content
Lottery information is shown for reference only. Rates Info is not a gambling service: it does not sell tickets, accept wagers, hold funds or pay prizes, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government or lottery organisation. Only the official result announced by the relevant lottery office is authoritative. Gambling may be restricted or illegal where you live and is intended for adults only; you are responsible for complying with local law. If gambling is affecting you or someone you know, please seek help from a local support service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, scrape or resell the app's data or interface at scale; interfere with or overload the service or its servers; attempt to bypass security or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows; use the app for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent the data as official information from any authority.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by Akkayar Codex or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your own device. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify sources.
8. Advertising, third-party services and links
The app is free and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are supplied by third parties, are not endorsements, and are subject to our Advertising Policy. The app also relies on other third-party services and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, availability or practices of advertisers or third parties, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.
9. Notifications
If you allow notifications, you may receive short informational updates. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akkayar Codex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, data or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these Terms. The updated Terms apply from the effective date shown above, and continued use means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Akkayar Codex is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
